As the globe spins,
my heart yearns for home's glow,
where local laughs mingle,
and familiar breezes blow.
Our neighbourhoods nestle,
in the network’s grand weave,
where every small splash of
kindness, we conceive.
In this cycle of connecting,
from close to afar,
we find that our strength lies,
in just who we are.
Community—vibrant,
a living, breathing art,
whether side by side,
or worlds apart.
Here’s to the places,
both near and so wide,
May they always converge,
side by side.
For though we roam far,
and reach to the skies,
It's the warmth of our neighbourhood,
that opens up our eyes.
In my little town,
where roots run deep and wide,
Scout parades splash green,
on streets per-son-i-fied.
We connected through picnics,
under the old oak's vast,
A fabric of faces,
tightly interlaced with the past.
Branching out, the thread stretches,
weaving global ties,
Digital dialogues dance,
where ideas rise in azure skies.
Sustainability’s call,
across the oceans so vast,
In forums we flourish,
future visions now we cast.
